At Hirondelle Bike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to get you back on the road or trail with the equipment that suits your cycling needs.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to provide your order number and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any bicycle components are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
