How are the bikes delivered and do they require assembly?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in protective heavy-duty boxes. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle using the toolkit provided in the box.
What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bikes that have been ridden outdoors.
Do Hirondelle bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a lifetime warranty for the original owner, and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
