Sammy was born, raised and worked in the San Fernando Valley. It was strongly influenced by Southern California's culture, images, colours, vivacity and state of mind.

Through the use of collage, painting, sculpture, illustration, animation and clothing, he tries to examine the values of today's culture and highlight joy in the search for meaning in everyday life.
